DayOut offers an all inclusive preventative, personalized care program that focuses on our participant’s individual goals while providing respite for caregivers and families. Our program enables participants to enjoy greater independence in familiar settings for as long as possible.

Each day, Monday through Friday, we transport participants to and from our program, where they enjoy access to nursing and personal care, physical and occupational therapy, social services, hot nutritious meals, enriching activities and more.
